Kreiman of Davis asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendments H-8189 and H-8190 filed by him on March 5,
2002.

Carroll of Poweshiek moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
