Richardson of Warren offered the following amendment H-8220,
previously deferred, filed by him and moved its adoption:
H-8220
1 Amend Senate File 2048, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the figure
4 "384.37." the following: "However, "public works"
5 does not include a memorial building or monument as
6 described in section 37.1."
Amendment H-8220 lost.

Horbach of Tama moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
