I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 12,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files

2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File
2488 and Senate File 2212.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 11,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
2281, 2482, 2494, 2495, 2496, 2516, 2530, 2534 and Senate Files 374
and 2146.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 11,
