Senate File 2305, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an
act relating to the administration of the tax and related laws by the
department of revenue and finance, including administration of state
individual income, corporate income, sales and use, property, motor
fuel, and special fuel.

HOUSE FILE 2461 WITHDRAWN

Sievers of Scott asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House File 2461 from further consideration by the House.

House File 2559, a bill for an act relating to child protection
confidentiality requirements involving the department of human
services, was taken up for consideration.

Hansen of Pottawattamie in the chair at 9:15 a.m.

Boddicker of Cedar moved that the bill be read a last time now and
