The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House File 2366, a bill for an act authorizing sheriffs to appoint
civil process servers, was taken up for consideration.
Baudler of Adair asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-8060 filed by him on February 18, 2002.
