individual and corporate income tax credits to businesses that
provide apprenticeships and internships for students at community
colleges or board of regents institutions and for subsequent
employment, and including effective and retroactive applicability date
provisions.
Read first time and referred to committee on ways and means.
On motion by Rants of Woodbury, the House was recessed at 8:58
a.m., until 5:00 p.m.

The House reconvened at 4:59 p.m., Gipp of Winneshiek in the
chair.
