The House met pursuant to adjournment at 8:52 a.m., Speaker
Siegrist in the chair.
Prayer was offered by Reverend Dennis St. Lawrence, pastor of
Grace Baptist Church, Chariton. He was the guest of Representative
Richard Arnold of Lucas County.
The Journal of Wednesday, February 20, 2002 was approved.

The following petition was received and placed on file:

Middle School in Waterloo opposing the repeal of our current Bottle
Bill.
