IMMEDIATE MESSAGES

HOUSE FILE 2367 REREFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2367, previously referred
to committee on appropriations was rereferred to committee on
local government.
SPONSOR WITHDRAWN

Heaton of Henry requested to be withdrawn as a sponsor of House
File 2178.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 14
and 15, 2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House
Files 2018, 2082, 2229, 2230, 2246, 2247, 2249, 2271 and Senate Files
2079 and 2134.
