Myers of Johnson moved to suspend the rules to rerefer Senate
File 165 to the committee on local government.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 41, nays 43.
The motion to suspend the rules lost.
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent to
rerefer Senate File 165 to the committee on local government.
