  relating to state
  government employment by providing termination incentive programs for

  employees, abolishing the workforce attrition program and fund, creating
  initiatives to
  increase the ratio of state employees per supervisor and to evaluate the
  state's job
  classification system, and providing effective dates.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
