  The bill, having received a constitutional majority, was declared to
  have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

  MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

  Senator Iverson called up the motion to reconsider House
  File 403, filed by him on April 17, 2001, found on page 1165 of the
  Senate Journal, and moved its adoption.

  On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?"
  (H.F. 403) the vote was:

  Senator Iverson moved to reconsider the vote by which House
  File 403 went to its last reading, which motion prevailed by a voice
  vote.

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that action
  on House File 403 be deferred.
