  for transcription and recording of testimony for certain investigations
  conducted by the department of corrections, and for purchases by a
  department or agency from Iowa state industries, filed on
  April 27, 2001, and moved its adoption.

  The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the conference committee
  report, and the recommendations and amendments contained therein,
  was adopted.

  Senator McKean moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 346), the vote was:
