  Senate File 516

  On motion of Senator McKibben, Senate File 516, a bill for an act
  establishing a small business growth initiative by adjusting the
  allocation to Iowa of income earned by an S corporation for purposes
  of the state individual income tax and including a retroactive
  applicability date provision, placed on the Unfinished Business
  Calendar on April 5, 2001, was taken up for consideration.
