HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED Senate File 466 Senator Miller called up for consideration Senate File 466, a bill for an act relating to child care and protection public policy provisions involving children, amended by the House, and moved that the Senate refuse to concur in House amendment S-3443, filed April 23, 2001. The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the Senate refused to concur in the House amendment. President Kramer took the chair at 6:21 p.m.
