  Amendment S-3424 was adopted.

  Senator Holveck offered amendment S-3445, filed by Senators
  Holveck and Maddox on April 23, 2001, to page 29 of the bill, and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3445 was adopted by a voice vote.

  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3476,
  previously deferred.

  Senator Dvorsky called for the following division of amendment
  S-3476:

  Division S-3476A:  Lines 2-24 and 29-31; and
  Division S-3476B:  Lines 25-28.

  Senator Angelo moved the adoption of division S-3476A, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Angelo moved the adoption of division S-3476B.
