  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 514 (formerly SFs 31 and 226), a bill for an
  act
  relating to a maximum property tax dollars limitation for counties and
  providing for
  the Act's applicability.

  Recommendation:  AMEND AND DO PASS, AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3441.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 11:  McKibben, McKinley, Deluhery, Drake, Flynn, Greiner,
  Lamberti, Maddox, Miller, Redwine, and Rehberg.  Nays, none.  Absent or not
  voting, 4:
  Harper, Bolkcom, Connolly, and Holveck.
