  House File 582

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 582, a bill for an
  act relating to the division and development of land by amending
  provisions relating to subdivision plats and plats of survey and
  relating to annexation and other boundary adjustments, and
  providing for the Act's applicability, and amendment S-3321,
  previously deferred.

  Senator Angelo moved the adoption of amendment S-3321, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Angelo moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 582), the vote was:
