  Senator King moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 35, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senate Resolution 32

  On motion of Senator McKibben, Senate Resolution 32, a
  resolution congratulating Maytag Corporation on being named an
  Energy Star Partner of the Year, with report of committee
  recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator McKibben moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 32,
  which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate Concurrent Resolution 24, Senate Files 242 and 523,
  and House Files 356 and 654 be immediately messaged to the
  House.

  RECESS

  On motion of Senator Bartz, the Senate recessed at 10:20 a.m.
  until 1:30 p.m.
