  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 526, a bill for
  an act excluding certain business property from being considered
  abandoned property under the state's disposition of unclaimed
  property law, deferred April 18, 2001.

  Senator Holveck offered amendment S-3395, filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator Angelo took the chair at 10:00 a.m.

  Senator Holveck moved the adoption of amendment S-3395.

  A record roll call was requested.
