Absent or not voting, 3: Bartz Hansen Kramer The appointee, having received a two-thirds vote, was declared to have been confirmed by the Senate. Senator Iverson called up the appointment of John Taylor, as a member of the State Judicial Nominating Commission, placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 5, 2001, and found on page 994 of the Senate Journal. Senator Iverson moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by the Senate.
