  Senate File 514

  On motion of Senator McKibben, Senate File 514, a bill for an act
  relating to a maximum property tax dollars limitation for counties
  and providing for the Act's applicability, placed on the Unfinished
  Business Calendar on April 5, 2001, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Harper offered amendment S-3341, filed by Senator
  Harper, et al., from the floor striking everything after the enacting
  clause and to the title page of the bill, and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3341 be adopted?" (S.F. 514)
