Absent or not voting, 5: Black Deluhery Gaskill McKibben Sexton The appointee, having received a two-thirds vote, was declared to have been confirmed by the Senate. Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Richard G. Moore, as Administrator of the Division of Criminal and Juvenile Justice Planning, placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 28, 2001, and found on page 908 of the Senate Journal. Senator Iverson moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by the Senate.
