  CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNOR'S APPOINTMENTS
  (Individual Confirmation Calendar)

  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of David Carlyle, as a
  member of the Commission on Tobacco Use Prevention and Control,
  placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 2, 2001, and
  found on page 946 of the Senate Journal.

  Senator Iverson moved that the foregoing appointment be
  confirmed by the Senate.
