  On motion of Senator McKean, House File 256, a bill for an act
  relating to health care facility regulation, including information to be
  included in a notice of a deficiency and including the collaboration of
  the department of inspections and appeals and the state fire marshal
  in promulgating rules, with report of committee recommending
  passage, was taken up for consideration.
