  PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

  The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
  Senate gallery:

  High school students from Okoboji High School in Milford, Iowa,
  who participated in the state jazz band competition.  These students
  won third place in the competition.  Senator Kibbie.
