  Shearer, Soukup, and Veenstra.  Nays, 2:  Fraise and Fiegen.  Absent or not

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  COMMERCE

  Final Bill Action:  HOUSE FILE 271, a bill for an act adding specified
  document
  preparation and modification to the list of acts defining the activities of
