  Senate File 411

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 411, a bill for
  an act providing for the establishment of a commission on the status
  of Iowans of Asian and Pacific Islander heritage within the
  department of human rights, previously deferred.

  Senator Lundby moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 411), the vote was:
