  Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent to

  Senator Hansen offered amendment S-3162, filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent to

  Senator Hansen offered amendment S-3160, filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator King raised the point of order that amendment
  S-3160 was not germane to the bill.
