  Senator Dvorsky offered amendment S-3136, filed by him from the
  floor to page 2 of amendment S-3129.

  Senator Dvorsky called for the following division of amendment S-3136:

  Division S-3136A:  Lines 3-10 and 25-36;
  Division S-3136B:  Lines 11-17; and
  Division S-3136C:  Lines 18-24.

  Senator Dvorsky moved the adoption of division S-3136A to
  amendment S-3129.
