  relating to corporations financing agricultural industry ventures by
  providing for their board of directors and providing an applicability
  date.

  Senate File 320, by committee on Agriculture, a bill for an act
  providing for taxes relating to the sale of ethanol blended gasoline,
  making penalties applicable, and providing for the Act's applicability.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.

  Senate File 321, by committee on Judiciary, a bill for an act
  relating to bicycle helmets, including local authorities' adoption of
  ordinances relating to the use of bicycle helmets, and providing
  legislative intent.
