  WITHDRAWAL OF GOVERNOR'S APPOINTEE

  The following letter from the Governor was received in the office of
  the Secretary of the Senate on February 26, 2001:

  Jacquelyn Wellborn was appointed to the Board of Educational Examiners in
  July
  of 2000.  She recently resigned from the position.  Because the Senate has
  not yet acted
  upon that appointment, I withdraw her name from further consideration by the
  Senate.
