  Senate File 83

  On motion of Senator Angelo, Senate File 83, a bill for an act
  relating to the verification of a uniform citation and complaint issued
  by a law enforcement agency, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Angelo moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 83), the vote was:

  On motion of Senator Zieman, Senate File 62, a bill for an act
  relating to the processing and distribution of honey in residences, was
  taken up for consideration.

  Senator Sexton offered amendment S-3029, filed by him on
  February 13, 2001, to page 1 of the bill.
