  phasing out
  the tax on social security benefits under the state individual income tax
  and including
  a retroactive applicability date provision.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 12:  McKibben, McKinley, Deluhery, Drake, Flynn, Greiner,
  Holveck, Lamberti, Maddox, Miller, Redwine, and Rehberg.  Nays, 3:  Harper,
  Bolkcom, and Connolly.  Absent or not voting, none.

  Fiscal Note:  REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
