  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Joint Resolution 1, by Bartz, a joint resolution to nullify
  an administrative rule of the department of commerce, alcoholic
  beverages division, relating to activities that do not constitute an
  interest in ownership, conduct, or operation of a retailer by an
  alcoholic beverage industry member, and providing an effective date.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Commerce.
