1 Amend House File 714, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
3 1. Page 2, by striking lines 16 through 23, and
4 inserting the following: "programs, training for the
5 physically or mentally challenged, and other
6 educational programs deemed beneficial to the
7 participants."
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 48, nays 34.
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-1994.
Sukup of Franklin moved that the bill, as amended by the Senate
and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and placed
upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last
time.
