Brunkhorst of Bremer asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-1916 filed by him on May 2, 2001.

Broers of Cerro Gordo moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
