Richardson of Warren offered the following amendment H(1818
filed by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

H-1818

1 Amend Senate File 530, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 23, by inserting after line 26 the
4 following:
5 "It is the intent of the general assembly that of
6 the amount appropriated in this subsection the
7 department may expend up to $660,000 and maintain
8 10.00 FTEs for the special enforcement team."

Amendment H(1818 lost.

Horbach of Tama moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
