1 Amend House File 674, as passed by the House, as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
4 following:
5 "Section 1. Section 273.10, subsection 3,
6 unnumbered paragraph 2, Code 2001, is amended to read
7 as follows:
8 Approval, if granted, shall be for a term of ~~three~~
9 five years. However, the state board may grant
10 conditional approval for a term of less than ~~three~~
11 five years if conditions warrant."
12 2. Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
13 word "the" the following: "accreditation and".
14 3. By renumbering as necessary.

The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-1592.

Tymeson of Madison moved that the bill, as amended by the
Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
