2 1. Page 14, line 1, by striking the words "Iowa
3 finance authority" and inserting the following:
4 "general fund of the state".
5 2. Page 14, by striking lines 12 through 17, and
6 inserting the following:
7 "Sec. ___. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
8 ACCOUNT. There is appropriated from the general fund
9 of the state to the department of economic development
10 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending
11 June 30, 2002, the following amount, or so much
12 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
13 designated:
14 For deposit in the community development block
15 grant account to be used as state matching funds for
16 the federal HOME program:
17 $ 1,200,000"
18 3. By renumbering as necessary.
A non-record roll call was requested.
