3 1. Page 1, line 2, by striking the word
4 "paragraph" and inserting the following:
5 "paragraphs".
6 2. Page 1, by inserting the following after line

8 "NEW PARAGRAPH. l. Charging a negotiated fee to
9 recover a share of the costs related to the research
