Bradley of Clinton offered amendment H-1436 filed by the
committee on environmental protection as follows:

H-1436

1 Amend Senate File 410, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 7, and
4 inserting the following: "directly exhausted to the
5 outside atmosphere. "Indoor source" includes,".
6 2. Page 3, line 14, by striking the word
7 "Division" and inserting the following: "Except as
8 provided in section 455B.133, subsection 6, paragraph
9 "e", division".

Schrader of Marion offered the following amendment H-1458, to
the committee amendment H-1436, filed by him and moved its
adoption:

H-1458

1 Amend the amendment, H-1436, to Senate File 410, as
2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
3 follows:
4 1. Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5.

Johnson.
