have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Connors of Polk introduced to the House former Lieutenant
Governor, Bob Anderson who introduced several teachers from Russia
who are here to study how civic education is taught in America. They
are visiting Iowa for one month.
The House rose and expressed its welcome.
House File 500, a bill for an act relating to the licensure of
persons acting as insurance producers, providing an effective date,
and applying penalties, was taken up for consideration.
SENATE FILE 276 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 500
Hoffman of Crawford asked and received unanimous consent to
substitute Senate File 276 for House File 500.
Senate File 276, a bill for an act relating to the licensure of
persons acting as insurance producers, providing an effective date,
and applying penalties, was taken up for consideration.
