have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House File 389, a bill for an act relating to the duties of the board
of directors of a school district, including those related to the
suspension of a practitioner by the board of directors of a school
district, was taken up for consideration.
Johnson of Osceola offered the following amendment H-1244 filed
by him and moved its adoption:

2 1. Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 13.
