The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House Joint Resolution 11, a joint resolution to nullify
administrative rules of the department of natural resources requiring
a harvest report of wild turkeys by resident and nonresident hunters,
and providing an effective date, was taken up for consideration.
Arnold of Lucas moved that the joint resolution be read a last time
now and placed upon its adoption and the joint resolution was read a
last time.
On the question "Shall the joint resolution be adopted and agreed
to?" (H.J.R. 11)
