in the value of certain retirement plans which are exempt from
creditors and providing an effective date.

act relating to the establishment of a system of oversight for adult
day services.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Jenkins of Black Hawk and Witt of Black Hawk introduced to the
House, faculty and student representatives from the University of
Northern Iowa. The University Concert Chorale members sang the
University of Northern Iowa’s Alma mater. Dr. Robert Koob,
President of the University of Northern Iowa, briefly addressed the
House.
The House rose and expressed its welcome.
