Providing statutory revisions relating to the department of education,
school districts and area education agencies, and the kindergarten
through grade twelve educational program.
H.S.B. 217 Judiciary
Relating to mandatory minimum sentences of incarceration for third
or subsequent operating while intoxicated violations.

COMMITTEE ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 143), relating to the division and
development of land by amending provisions relating to subdivision plats and plats of
survey and relating to annexation and other boundary adjustments, and providing for
the Act's applicability.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass March 7, 2001.
