have passed the House and the title was agreed to.

IMMEDIATE MESSAGES

Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House
Files 77, 310, 327 and 403.

House File 154, a bill for an act concerning paid time off for
certain peace officer members of the department of public safety
injured in the course of duty, with report of committee recommending
passage, was taken up for consideration.

Gipp of Winneshiek moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
