have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House
Concurrent Resolution 8 and Senate File 63.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 8,
2001. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate File
63.
