Kuhn, Foege, and Atteberry, a bill for an act allowing certain
elections to be conducted by mail ballots, establishing a pilot project,
providing penalties, and providing an applicability date.

House File 110, by Richardson, Mertz, Quirk, T. Taylor, Dotzler,
Reynolds, Greimann, Frevert, Larkin, Cohoon, Huser, Bell, May,
O'Brien, Kuhn, Foege, Falck, Murphy, Stevens, Tremmel, Schrader,
Osterhaus, Petersen, Wise, Mascher, Shoultz, and Jochum, a bill for
an act relating to medical information and individual medical records.
Read first time and referred to committee on commerce and
regulation.
House File 111, by Johnson, Kettering, Huseman, Sukup,
Eichhorn, Alons, and Hoffman, a bill for an act relating to the
exemption from the inheritance tax of property passing to a brother
or sister of the decedent and including an applicability date provision.
