Siegrist in the chair.
Prayer was offered by the Honorable Steven Warnstadt, state
representative from Woodbury County.
The Journal of Wednesday, January 10, 2001 was approved.
INTRODUCTION OF BILL
House File 42, by Millage, a bill for an act relating to elections at
which certain propositions of cities, counties, and school corporations
may be placed on the ballot.
Read first time and referred to committee on state government.
ADOPTION OF THE REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MILEAGE
Cormack of Webster called up for consideration the report of the
committee on mileage and moved its adoption.
